Hal brings more than 40 years of pastoral and organizational leadership experience. His steady wisdom has helped pastors, executives, churches, nonprofits, law-enforcement leaders, and sports organizations navigate growth, transition, and change.
Pamela combines extensive experience in education, administration, ministry, and public service. As a Certified Facilitator of Seven Types of Rest®, she equips people and teams to recognize depletion, restore balance, and live with greater purpose.
