LIVE WELL, LEAD WELL
The goal of LIVE WELL, LEAD WELL is to provide first responders with tools to develop and sustain a strong professional organizational culture, one that strives to achieve the department’s mission. The course content provides ways for every team member team too build and maintain a positive standard of living both personally and professionally.
This course has been approved and recommended by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board. LIVE WELL, LEAD WELL has been effectively presented at several levels of law enforcement, first responders, and administrative personnel.

This training focuses on tools to develop & sustain a strong professional organizational culture, one that strives to achieve the organization's mission. The course explores how every member of a team is responsible for building and maintaining a positive standard of living both personally and professionally.
Live Well, Lead Well is based on knowledge that an employee’s capacity to effectively lead and function within the community directly relates to that employee’s personal wellness. It considers wellness as the overall health of an individual and thus leadership wellness. The Live Well, Lead Well approach discusses crucial factors in achieving wellness and provides tools for ongoing positive improvement. It incorporates on the concepts of seven facets of wellness to help employees live and work as connected, engaged, satisfied and healthy human beings. Live Well, Lead Well examines the traits of effective leaders and explores ways to maximize leadership potential.
